Understanding Registers
Registers are the core of the CGR platform against which modules data can be recorded. Access for module’s data for individual role or user within CGR can be managed per Register and per module.
Registers in CGR work like folders, and they can be set up in a hierarchy.
Please note, by default these are called 'Projects', and they are typically relabelled to Registers, Business Units, or others depending on your business requirements.
Where can I find registers in CGR?
Registers can be found within the 'My Registers' button here on the top of the application.

If you cannot see a register under that 'My Registers' above, it could be for one of the following reasons:
- Your organisation has the register created, but you do not have access to it. Please contact your CGR champion.
- Your organisation does not have the register added yet to the hierarchy. Please contact your CGR champion.
Register Summary View
Registers summary view provides all the data recorded within a particular register across different modules. There will be a sub-panel for each module your organisation enabled under CGR Licence and the summary is listed in this individual panel where you can click on the title to view the detailed view of individual record.
Registers - Other Options
1. Export – 'Export' button can be found on the top of individual Register summary page where you can export the summary of the register in PDF (Portrait), PDF (Landscape) version, All controls.

2. Risk Datagrid – 'Risk Datagird' button on the top of the register summary page is a feature in CGR that allows quick editing of risks in a spreadsheet-style view. This allows ready comparison and direct editing of any field in any risk, even the bowtie.

3. Filters – 'Filters' button on the top of the register summary page provides you a choice to roll up from the child registers or should display the inactive (closed or archived) items.

4. Pagination – You can adjust and change the pagination on the top of the register summary page to the number of records that should be displayed in each page.
