How can I customise columns on datagrid?
Most of the columns visible in the Datagrid are CGR Core Fields — native system fields that are managed by CGR.
If you would like to add or remove any core fields from the Datagrid, please have your System Administrator contact CGR Support at support@corpgovrisk.com.
However, it is possible for users to display Custom Fields in the Datagrid.
This can be configured by a System Administrator by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Admin > Custom Fields.
- Open the custom field you want to enable on datagrid.
- Scroll down to the 'Properties' section and ensure the Visible on Lists option is set to Yes. This will make the field visible in the Datagrid, provided the custom field is also enabled for Mass Edit.
